Terms of Use
Effective date: 26 October 2026
These terms govern use of OLRAD at app.olrad.pro, a radiology workflow service for authorized professionals. By using OLRAD, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so. Questions: contact@olrad.pro.
Authorized use and accounts
Use only accounts, clinical systems, workstations, and mailboxes you are authorized to access. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with your organization's security policies. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users, scrape private data, or use the service unlawfully.
Clinical responsibility
OLRAD assists with remote access, dictation, transcription, OCR, translation, and report preparation. It does not replace professional judgment or provide autonomous diagnosis. Generated or extracted content can be inaccurate or incomplete. A qualified professional must verify patient identity, source material, findings, translations, and every report before copying, signing, or relying on them. Do not rely on OLRAD for emergency care or as the sole record of clinical information.
Your content and patient information
You and your organization retain rights to your content. You authorize OLRAD and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the permissions and lawful basis needed to submit patient information and use third-party processing features. Do not submit information your organization has not approved for processing.
Gmail and third-party services
Only an authorized mailbox owner or administrator may connect Gmail. That connection is used to retrieve MAR sign-in codes, as explained in the Privacy Policy, and can be revoked in Google Account settings. Third-party systems, infrastructure, and AI providers have their own terms and availability limits. OLRAD does not grant rights to access MAR or any other third-party clinical system.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, OLRAD is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free output. Maintain appropriate clinical records and contingency procedures outside OLRAD. Commercial, service-level, and data-processing terms agreed separately with your organization take precedence over conflicting provisions here.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to prevent security incidents, unlawful use, or material breaches of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; contact your administrator or contact@olrad.pro about account closure or data requests. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable organizational agreement.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OLRAD disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or unverified output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides obligations in a separate signed agreement.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms and will communicate material changes through the service or to your organization. The effective date above identifies the current version. For support or questions about these terms, email contact@olrad.pro.
